Megan was so wonderful to work with when planning our family vacation! I’ve traveled quite a bit and never used a travel agent, so I was hesitant to reach out to her. I’m so glad I did! She found us a perfect all-inclusive resort that was just right for our young family and grandma/grandpa who tagged along. She also was mindful of our budget and gave us options within our limit. We had a 3 hour delay out of Bismarck due to airplane mechanical issues. As soon as we landed, Megan texted saying we’d been rebooked for our connecting flight 2 hours later. She also reached out to our airport transfer car to let them know of our later arrival to Mexico. I honestly wasn’t expecting her to do all of that for us, and it was so nice having some stress taken off my plate for once during travel! We really had the best week and it was truly relaxing and refreshing having the assistance with booking and planning.
